Ode to the Sun
The sun is alive with energy
just as our inner sun shines and burns.
Laughing and enjoying
Fan the fire brighter
Being happy and open
Feeds our soul/sun full...
Full to overflowing;
Radiating a true aliveness
and joy that cannot be extinguished.
A cloud or two only cast shadows, veils of smoke
or steam that cannot sustain.
The Sun reigns supreme as can our SOUL
I KNOW.....
nothing
I am certain of very little....
I do know I live, in my soul I shine,
I know love in the moment.
I know relax in the next.
I know nothing in this moment.
I have access to all knowledge in the next
I know what I'm not. When I think I know it all
Beyond the World as We Know It
That is without soul can never satisfy
That without energy substance has no life.
That without a natural flow is death to me.
That without what is is truly not!
Surrender is simply open
Allowing what is to be
The rest is Divinely Moving with or without
our awareness of the ebb and flow of energy above to below, all around and everywhere in between.
Way beond this world as we knew it.

DEEP SILENCE
Sometimes the energy feels like such a strong heavy force
so that I don't feel I can talk or move
Is this a deep message of resistance or desire of which I have been consumed?
I feel good letting the energy really go down and around my beingness.
What is energy?
The substance which fuels all life.
It cannot be seen by the eye
It cannot be pinned down
It can be smelled, tasted and felt and the best word to describe is sweet!
Superconscious, super creative essence above human existence, soul substance that ignites and begins to flame from within
A fire that continues to burn
As fed it grows and emanateds from the body as a glow.....
This natural fuel simply flows within and without the
physical form.
It's what allows blood to course through our veins.
It's what signals the bowels to release and move.
It's jing truly secretes the other juices required for our
body to function perfectly.
Only the energy gives life...without we are not.
