This workshop introduces the 12 Stages Somato Respiratory Integration to healing facilitators and lay people. In this educational and transformational program the participants will experience and learn the breath, rhythms, movement, touch and declarations associated with each of the healing stages.
Dr. Epstein says, “If you can’t be in the stage you love, love the stage you’re in!” Each stage has a rhythm of its own. No one stage is better than another. We cannot figure or think our way through any stage. Each stage represents one of the 12 rhythms of consciousness of humanity. The stage will come to completion as you’ve gained the information within it rhythm.
Your breath and movements guide you through each of the 12 Stages of Healing. Go with your flow. Regardless of the stage you are in , breathe, move your body, and let your hands move in any way or to any place your rhythms take them. Even your distress has a “story” to tell you. Let your peace teach your distress to heal. Many people never fully experience most of these stages, spending their lives within the first few. Those receiving Network care consistently move through the stages more rapidly.

RR is a 6-step method to identify and transform the energy constrictions and unconscious patterns that underlie any limitation we experience in our life. Physics has proven that energy and matter are interchangeable and that the physical body is a frequency of energy. Resonance Repatterning applies this knowledge in a new and practical approach which changes how we perceive ourselves and our potential.
The 6 steps are: Preparation, Motivating Factor, Positive Intention, Discovering Unconscious Patterns that underlie the Problem, Self Healing Modalities, and Positive Action. Muscle checking is taught and utilized as the tool we use to identify the exact unconscious resonance patterns that keep us locked in limitation and low energy states. Every muscle in the body is characterized by its capacity to be strong or relaxed. This fact is now used in the system called muscle checking (applied kinesiology) by which a practitioner checks the strength or weakness of a muscle in response to a cue.
RR is based on the theory that our energy frequencies become constricted in response to unmet life needs and unconscious limiting beliefs and as a result lose their optimal frequency and their optimal functioning. Less than optimal frequencies manifest as unconscious patterns of negative resonance.
We find ourselves resonating with life-depleting responses which manifest as business issues, pain, sickness, unworkable relationships and the inability to experience happiness and joy.
