Tantric awareness is bringing the unconscious to light
Tantra is a Yoga of Energetics and Love Tantra is a yoga of energetics and love. Tantra practices emphasize breath, sound toning, and slow, conscious movement with a clear intent of holding the moment as sacred, as a perfect expression of the oneness and wholeness of being.
When one makes love from this deeper inner awarenes and energy flow, the experience of our sexual expression broadens and deepens into a meditation and prayer. Frictional force in the old paradigm of sexual union is transcended.
Our sexual energy is our sacred spiritual energy...all one energy...that brings us naturally through a culmination of consistent daily practice to an awareness or universal consciousness of the complete continuity of energetics....
All of creation is an expression of the divine dance of shiva and shakti energies woven into all that is manifest on this level of being. And this energetic is the energy of deep acceptance or surrender to all that is as radiant love emanates from this inner experience.
Yoga means a consciousness of Oneness. This can be forgotten when one focuses solely on the physicality of a yoga posture or position. With an inner focus on flow, one feels the essence of energy moving through their physical body as they move into or hold a particular position.
Conscious movement meditations such a chi gong and tai chi culminate the senses inward as does tantra yoga. Focus is upon the energy behind the awareness, breath, consciousness, heart and movement of the physical body.
Tantra Yoga focuses on all bodies of our being: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. Emphasis initially is on opening the heart so that the mind can melt into the center or hub of our being and the repressed sexuality can rise and move through the heart.T
This is accomplished via pelvic postures and movements similar to physical undulations similar to yoga and primal ecstatic dance.Recent yoga approaches have been developed out of this same awareness such as Anusara Yoga, which focuses on the movement from the Heart. With this disciplined inner focus of the energy that emanates from the physical form, the physical body is transformed from the inside out. When one can begin to experience the value of softening and loosening one’s body posturing or stance and allow a melting into a deeper inner awareness of that point of inner union between the known and unknown of ourselves, the light and the dark, the yin and the yang of our existence.
For we are truly the essence of both polarities blended into one sanctimonious whole. Our physical body becomes a true embodiment of light, sound, vibration, and a divine expression of the inner bliss that fuels the soul and spirit of our aliveness and being. Light and Love, Grace Rosen
